New Year Goal Getters

My former self used to think I could do it all on my own! It was just easier that way! So I thought! But in 2020, my eyes were opened to how much more we can accomplish and enjoy the journey when we do it with others. Diving into this teamwork mentality has allowed me to benefit in more ways than I could have expected!

Today I'm sharing the benefits I've experienced from doing life and healthy living together with others!

As you make resolutions and your list of goals to crush in 2021, be sure to include others. We can only go so far on our own. But, how does an independent, self-started work with other?

  1. Get humble and ask others you trust as humans or trust their field of expertise how they can help or what areas they see in you or your goals that could benefit from another person(s).

  2. Check yourself before you wreck yourself. Just because you can do a lot on your own, doesn't mean you won't benefit from the help of others. It's math. Doing work on your own is addition. You keep adding to the work, the sales, the content. When you get a team of people working with or for you, it's multiplication. Exponential growth.

  3. It's God's plan. We sharpen one another. (Proverbs 27:17) We all have different gifts. Imagine a vase full of flowers, but only one type of flower. Not picture a vase filled with a bouquet of flowers of different textures, shapes, colors and scents. We are a body and work better when we pull together. I love the way it's put in 1 Corinthians 12:17-20.

Make a list of your goals and brainstorm out who can help you. A specific person or a company or app or website. Something to help enlist or even to outsource.

Happy Goal Crushing Team.
