Katie is a 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with a rich background in fitness as a former certified personal trainer. Having completed a transformative 10-day Vipassana meditation course, she brings a unique blend of physical and mental wellness to her practice. Katie offers private group yoga sessions tailored to various occasions, from corporate events to bridal gatherings, ensuring a personalized and enriching experience for all participants. With her expertise and passion for yoga, she creates a welcoming environment for individuals to explore their practice and connect with themselves.
