What would a healthy, rich, fit, author, traveler, flexible (fill in your goal) person do?
This is a question I am going to start asking my 30 day nutrition clients to brainstorm out. What do healthy people, who gained weight or lost weight or cut a sugar habit do!!!!
Success leaves clues so go find someone that has done or is what you want to be.
