Stop "Shoulding" on Yourself
Look at this sweet family on Easter Sunday. When I became a wife and a mama, I also became a "shoulder". I should cook dinner 5 nights a week for a sit down family dinner. I should not work late to be with my family. I should shrink myself, dreams and desires to live this story I am making up in my head of what I think others expectations of me are. Ugh!
