Perspective is everything!

Could we all possibly believe that there is beauty even in the things going on in the world today? I say "yes"! As an open-minded woman, I've trained my mind, and I active my faith daily to see beauty in everything. Yes, everything. The good and the "bad" all teach us, grow us, shape us and mold us into the strong and resilient people we are called to be in order to reach our potential.

Some of the things I've experienced in this life have not been "pretty". At times, they felt like they were down right ugly! But I've learned that we all have a garden, in our hearts and our minds. We can plant good seeds or bad ones. We can water both. We either grow weeds or beautiful flowers and lush greenery.

By choosing to see the beauty in everything, we are likely to create a life that resembles a beautiful flower garden and not one overgrown with thorns and weeds of ugly thoughts, judgements and resentments. Life can be the best teacher.

How are you seeing life right now, friend? With eyes and hearts of love, kindness and compassion? If not, you can shift perspective TODAY!

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Have the eyes to see beauty in everything.

Give things time to mature, and be a person that looks for the beauty in everyone and everything.

A few tools I use everyday that help me create a happy and healthy mindset to see beauty are:

  1. Prayer and quiet time with God. Word before world will serve you well.

  2. Nutrition & exercise. I feed my mind body and soul all the best. If you have questions about anything health and fitness related, I would LOVE to chat with you! Send me an email! Katie@hallbergs.com

  3. Humor! We all know the saying "laughter is the best medicine!" I couldn't agree more! Laughing through life will bring love and levity to your heart and mind. Learn to laugh and make jokes at things that would normally steal your joy! Choose to see the beauty, find happiness in it and laugh along the way!

From my heart to yours,

Katie
