This was me in my mid to late 20s with a busy job on the go lifestyle. I was loving all the wonderful tasty food but not the cumulation of its affects on my body.

Once I found this 30 day program I was hooked and knew I wanted to share it with others. It’s common knowledge that we are what we eat. Good food in = good health out.

Although we KNOW what to do, we just don't do as well on our own as we do with the support, plan and accountability of others. That's where the 30 Days to Healthy Living program comes in.
