Best Seasonal Holiday Shake



Hey, ya'll! The holidays are upon us! And many of us are getting into the holiday spirit already! With a year like 2020, it has felt so good to bring in some holiday joy now. This Cranberry Vanilla Shake is one way to bring those holiday vibes into your kitchen without a lot of hassle!


I use my favorite plant-based Vanilla Protein Shake Mix, and it's DELICIOUS! Fun, festive, beautiful and healthy!


Ingredients:

1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or non-dairy milk of your choice)

1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt or any non-dairy option

1 cup Cranberries, frozen

1/2 cup Raspberries, frozen

1/2 tspn grated ginger


Instructions:

1. Add cranberries, raspberries, ginger, protein powder, yogurt and almond milk to blender.

2. Blend for 20-30 seconds or until smooth.

3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

4. Garnish with cranberries & mint, optional
